To view your bookings you will just need to click the Bookings label in the top menu. Here you will see 2 tabs. One “Future Bookings”, the other “Past Bookings”. To view the details of an individual booking just click the “Edit” button, and you’ll see all the relevant details of that booking.
Each section of the page clearly displays different information about the booking, which is pretty self explanatory. The one option to take note of is “Booking Status”. This is where you can update the platform, your business and the customer at which point the booking is at. From acknowledging to the customer that you have seen the booking, completed the booking or even canceled the booking. To edit the booking you’ll need to click the “Edit” button.
